ANGEL X LLC d/b/a ATL Black Pride is owned by Angelo Xavier Marrero Jr. This policy applies to angelxintl.com and the single, dedicated ATL Black Pride optional communications program.
Information we collect

How we use information
We use information to provide requested services; send ATL Black Pride event announcements, RSVP and ticket reminders, venue updates, promotions, and discounts; respond to support requests; maintain consent records; protect our services; and comply with legal obligations.
Music store account details
On iconangelx.com, customer accounts require first name, last name, email address and phone number. We use these details to maintain your account and assist with account security and support. Email sign-in codes verify access to your email. A collected phone number is not SMS-verified and is not proof of account ownership. Providing account details does not opt you into marketing emails or texts.
Music store preferences and plays
The music store saves your bag and a random listening identifier in your browser. Qualified preview plays contribute to public track totals, with a limit of one count per track and browser each day. Stored play records contain a daily track identifier and timestamps; public totals do not include customer identities or order details. You can clear saved browser data to remove your local bag and identifier.
SMS and email communications
SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS or HELP for help. Email recipients may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers solely to operate our website, forms, communications, payment, ticketing, analytics, and business systems. Those providers may process information only to deliver services for us or as required by law. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Mobile information and SMS consent are also not shared with affiliates, owned brands, or any other messaging program.
